Cal Expo/Sacramento,CA/April 26,1970

"Lover Man"
"Spanish Castle Magic"
"Freedom"
"Machine Gun"
"Foxy Lady"
"Room Full of Mirrors"
"Ezy Ryder"
"Purple Haze"
"Star Spangled Banner"
"Voodoo Child (Slight Return)" (very end cuts off)

time-48:00

A frantic "Lover Man" opens this tape. "Spanish Castle Magic" contains a very melodic solo which quiets down then (very unusually) turns into "Freedom".

A melancholy guitar piece opens "Machine Gun". This 8 minute version hits some very high points. After satisfying the crowd with "Foxy Lady" Jimi introduces new material in the form of "Room Full of Mirrors" and "Ezy Ryder".

Starting with "Purple Haze",the sound quality of the tape decreases a bit. It sounds as though it's from a different source. The source seems to switch again at the start of "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)".

This starts off as a below average audience tape and, unfortunately,it gets worse toward the end. This is one for completists.
