Mitch warms up a bit on his drums before Jimi jumps into "Fire". Instead of ending the song as usual,Jimi jams on "Outside Woman Blues" a little before Mitch steps in with a solo. After a few minutes the full band comes back with a "Fire" reprise. After this rather odd start to the show, the Cry of Love (COL) band begins "Spanish Castle Magic".
Jimi slows down the pace with "Machine Gun". Just the mention of the song gets a big cheer from the audience. The song is preceded by a beautiful, melancholic guitar piece.
"Lover Man" and "Foxy Lady" pick up the pace temporarily. The COL digs deep into The Blues with an almost 8 minute "Hear My Train A Comin'".
"Star Spangled Banner","Purple Haze" and "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)" wrap up this show. Sadly the tape cuts off about 4 minutes into "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)".
This is an average sounding 1970 audience recording.
