A very energized JHE begins this show with a 14 minute "Tax Free". This version includes a drum solo around the 9 minute mark. Noel asks the crowd to sit down before continuing with "I Don't Live Today". Jimi dedicates this one to the Smothers Brothers and the American Indian. This excellent version can be found on the official "The Jimi Hendrix Experience" box set on disc three.
Someone onstage "shooshes" the crowd during the intro to "Red House". This version is almost 11 minutes of high-quality blues. "Spanish Castle Magic" is a very exploratory version with a fine segment of unaccompanied guitar.
An unusual mixture of "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)" and "Sunshine of Your Love" wrap up this high quality concert.
This is an excellent soundboard recording. This show is well-represented on many releases.
