This was not a JHE concert. Instead Jimi came back 2 days after his angry show for a Super Jam. Mitch Mitchell and Noel Redding have no part in this show.

This tape begins with Jimi introducing "Earth vs. Space". Buddy starts off with a drumbeat and off they go! This song is mainly a fast-paced instrumental. Jimi throws in some improvised lyrics with touches of "Gypsy Eyes" and "Midnight Lightning".

Tracy Nelson seems to be the singer on "Train Kept A Rollin'". This song morphs into a "Power of Soul"/"Earth Blues" jam. After a few minutes Jimi begins "Hear My Train A Comin'". About 4 minutes later Jimi switches gears into "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)". Next up is "Fast Jam" which includes bits of "Sunshine of Your Love", "Come On (pt.1)" and the "Star Spangled Banner".

This tape includes some amazingly intense jamming from Jimi. It is available as a very enjoyable soundboard recording and is highly recommended. Video portions of the show are also available.
