1st show
"Are You Experienced" and "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)" can be found on the official "The Jimi Hendrix Concerts" release (among others).
"Red House" is dedicated to the "American and international audiences". The JHE really stretches out on this 14 minute version. Jimi pours himself into a 9 minute version of "Like a Rolling Stone".
2nd show
Jimi announces a 2 minute delay while the band adjusts its instruments at the start. "Tax Free" is introduced as a "true feeling type thing". This 12 minute version includes a drum solo.
"Hear My Train A Comin'" can be found on "The Jimi Hendrix Concerts" and other releases.
"Killing Floor" and "Hey Joe" include Jack Casady (from Jefferson Airplane) on bass guitar. This version of "Killing Floor" can be found on the official "Live at Winterland" release.
Hendrix thanks Owsley before jumping into "Star Spangled Banner" and "Purple Haze"
The Winterland shows are widely regarded as the finest examples of the JHE in concert. All of these shows are available as highly enjoyable soundboard recordings.
